MIDWIVES!

We hope you’ll join us to celebrate our 10th anniversary and participate in our Annual Meeting and Lobby Day on Monday, April 12th. Midwives, student midwives, and consumers will gather in Albany to meet with legislators to discuss the important role of midwives in New York State and how our Midwifery Modernization Act will increase choices and access to care.

We’ve gotten wonderful support from consumers across the state. A website has been set up to encourage support for the bill at www.FreeOurMidwives.org and an online petition for our bill has received over 2,000 signatures! We are thrilled to be able to welcome a record number of consumers to this year’s Lobby Day.
